Terms & Conditions of Business

By utilizing our design services or submitting a project via email, phone, or in person, you, the client, agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully.

7aLogo and the customer hereby agree to the following terms concerning the services provided by 7aLogo as detailed in the attached service agreement.

  1. Service Packages
    Customers will receive services according to the packages selected, as outlined on the 7aLogo website.

  2. Design Process
    Customer designs will be created through an iterative process consisting of Creative Briefing, Basic Concepts, Feedback, Revision Stages, and ultimately resulting in a final design that aligns with the Customer’s Creative Briefing and feedback.

  3. Creative Briefing Responsibility
    The Customer is solely responsible for providing detailed answers in the logo specification briefing ( ” Briefing”) via the Order Form.

  4. Review of Creative Briefing
    7aLogo is not obligated to review the  Briefing for accuracy, completeness, or clarity. The design team may, at its discretion, decline any Creative or Revision Briefing.

  5. Design Review
    Upon receiving designs, the Customer must review and respond promptly. If the Customer does not communicate that the designs do not meet the provided feedback, the designs will be deemed accepted. If the Customer believes the designs are not adequately responsive, they must specify the necessary amendments or modifications.

  6. Revision Stages
    Revisions typically include 2-6 additional compositions based on the Customer’s requested changes in the Revision Brief. This process aims to create designs that align with the Customer’s vision. Certain packages, such as Best Seller and No Compromise, offer unlimited revisions.
